I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Hanoi. The room was really nice with a balcony facing the City of Hanoi, located on the fifth floor, and very comfortable. Although there was building work nearby, it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring the city most of the time. The service was absolutely fantastic, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was a huge plus, right in the heart of the city near all the major attractions. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money stay.
